Everbloom Privacy Policy

• Account information: Your email address and display name, collected when you sign up via Firebase Authentication.
• Journal entries: Text you write in the app. Stored privately in your Firebase account — only you can access them.
• Mood check-ins: Daily mood ratings and optional notes you log. Stored in your Firebase account.
• Profile photo: Stored locally on your device only. Never uploaded to our servers.
• Anonymous usage data: Crash reports to help us fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is included.

• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We never share your journal entries or mood data with anyone.
• We never collect precise location data.
• We never use your data for advertising.
• We never read or store your Bloom AI conversations on our servers.

• To personalize your experience (greetings, mood history, journal).
• To send optional reminder notifications — only if you enable them.
• To process subscription purchases via Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.
• To respond to support requests if you contact us.

Everbloom uses the following trusted services to power its features:

Your data is stored securely using Firebase's infrastructure, protected by Firebase security rules so only you can access your own data. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest.

Your profile photo is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to any server.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete Account.

Everbloom is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
